Can I Put a Diamond on Hold?

Returns and Exchanges

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We're able to cancel an in stock jewelry purchase before the package has tracking assigned, and are able to cancel your made to order design within 12 hours of placing the order. For any changes or edits to orders, please reach out to hello@lucenjuri.com within 12 hours of placing the order for assistance.

What is your return policy?

At Lucenjuri, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a complimentary 60-day return policy for your peace of mind. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for an exchange or full refund. Our return policy timelines begin when your purchase is available for shipment. You can learn more about our return policies here.We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible for our customers. To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a return shipping authorization code and request your free DHL Express return shipping label. Please ensure that all original packaging and accompanying materials are included in the return package. Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect and verify its condition. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item, and the original purchase price amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Returns take up to 7 business days to process once delivered safely to our office. Once refunded, the funds can take up to 7 business days to post to your account.

Can I process a return directly on your site?
