Free 60 Day Returns & Lifetime Resize
At Lucenjuri, we offer complimentary 60-day returns so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your item within 60 days for an exchange or full refund. For all eligible orders, the return, exchange, and resize timelines begin on the date your purchase is available for shipment. We take pride that our jewelry are produced with exceptional standards.
Lucenjuri is proud to offer free return shipping on all ring and finished jewelry orders. We will provide a free DHL/UPS/FedEx return shipping label so that your return process is seamless and easy.
What products aren’t eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation. The following orders are non-returnable:
- Orders outside of our 60-day return policy.
- Fine jewelry items that have been personalized (e.g., nameplates). Note: Engraved rings are returnable, but incur a $100 fee for engraving removal.
- Rings that have been modified or resized.
- Items that have previously been exchanged.
- Custom designed jewelry.
Note: Alterations to orders currently in process void the complimentary resize, return, and exchange policies. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 60-day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship.
All Returns
- Once you request your return and it is accepted, you have 10 calendar days from receiving the return label to ship the item.
- All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition and accompanied by all original documentation that was provided with the purchase.
- If your purchase included acertificate, please be sure to include it in the If a certificate is not returned or returned with damage, there will be a charge of $200 to re-certify the diamond.
- Returns showing signs of wear or damage in any way will not be accepted for return.
- Packages without a Return Shipping Authorization Number or packages that were refused for delivery will not be accepted for refund.
- Return Limits: To maintain our bespoke standards, customers may return a product up to two times within a 60-day period. The second return is eligible for 100% store credit or a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Account Limit: We reserve the right to limit accounts to a total of three (3) combined returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Returns to Payment Method
- Most items can be returned for refund to your original form of payment.
- Custom jewelry orders and orders under Artisan Studio are available to return for store credit only. Should you choose for the store credit be used for a new custom piece, this is considered a re-design and is eligible one time only. Once you have gone through the re-design process and placed a new order using store credit, the re-designed piece is final sale.
Resizing
Within 60 days of your "available for shipment" date, we offer one complimentary resizing for standard ring styles with free shipping both ways.
- Exclusions: Eternity rings cannot be resized. Custom, modified, and engraved rings are subject to resize fees.
- Sizing Range: Resizes must fall within the jeweler’s recommended range (usually one full size). Requests outside this range may require a ring reset at an additional cost.
- Post-60 Days: After the complimentary window, resizing is available for a service fee.
Comparative Purchasing
To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, Lucenjuri does not allow multiple pieces to be purchased for comparison. Comparison purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. If an order is suspected as a comparison purchase, the items may not be eligible for our return policy.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchase under the same gift card reference code.
How To Return An Order
- Obtain the Return Authorization Code:Contact us at support@lucenjuri.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code and request your free return shipping label. Write your Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Packing your order:For all returns and exchanges, include all original packaging and accompanying materials, including all diamond certificates. For resizes, do not include original certificates or accompanying materials. For security reasons, do not write "jewelry," "diamonds," or other related words anywhere on the package.
- Shipment:Enclose your item inside its original ring/jewelry box. For your convenience, we also recommend using the original Lucenjuri outer box from your order. Affix the label to the outside of the larger box and drop it off at your nearest DHL/UPS/FedEx ServicePoint. Please obtain a receipt to confirm that the item has been shipped.
Refund Process
Receipt and Inspection
- Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect and verify its condition.
- The refund processing time takes up to 7 businessdays from the receipt of the item.
Refund
Once the return is approved:
- Most items can be returned for refund to your original form of payment. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer;
- Custom jewelry orders and orders under Artisan Studio are available to return for store credit only.
