We offer free DHL Express shipping on every US and Canadian order. To make your Lucenjuri purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders from the US and Canada!

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via DHL and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

At Lucenjuri, we have shared in the unforgettable memories of thousands of our customers, and we understand that jewelry is often given for special surprise occasions such as an engagement. Please let us know what we can do to make sure you maintain your surprise. Special on demand arrangements, such as Saturday delivery, delivery on a particular date and time, or holding at a nearby ServicePoint, can be made by calling us at XXXXXXXX. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations at no extra costs.

Shipping Policies
For your protection, Lucenjuri always:

Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information. Other than GST/PST/HST, there are no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada.

Lucenjuri is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Lucenjuri within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Lucenjuri.
