I was skeptical to place an order for an expensive piece of jewelry from an online company - especially one that I had never heard of before - but let me just say, working with Lucenjuri and our lovely consultant, Christine was a pleasure from beginning to end. She guided me through stone selection and kept me informed through the entire process from fabrication to shipping to follow up. The necklace was even better than expected and the price was better than competitors who were selling inferior stones. They earned my trust and I would purchase from them again without a doubt.

I knew exactly what I wanted, but the ring wasn't available on the website. I contacted Lucenjuri and Christina help me with getting the design finalized. It was a great experience, Christina was very responsive and accommodating. This is my second ring I ordered from Lucenjuri and I couldn't be happier! It features the "Chateau" style band and a 2.19 carat oval diamond. Love it!

This review is actually for the Athena Crescent Pear ring, which I believe has been sold out, so I decided to leave the review on a similar ring. My now fiancé surprised me with the absolutely STUNNING ring! I could not be happier. The quality is fantastic, the packaging is beautiful and the customer service was outstanding. If you had any doubts about ordering - don’t! I am in love with my beautiful ring ♥️

I ordered one carat total weight, asscher cut, best quality, and they are wonderful. I wanted a pair of diamond earrings that would work well to dress up or dress down, and I wear them almost every day now. The back isn't an annoying screw back-- it's a secured push back (you have to push the backing from both sides for it to release)-- and I can't say enough good things. The ease of putting them on and off makes me wear them more!

I decided to order this ring as my everyday ring. It has a 1 carat Cushion cut stone, that it's absolutely beautiful! You can see how sparkly it is and you can't tell the difference between the natural diamonds in my band and the lab diamonds of the ring. The process was easy and the shopping was as expected.

I purchased the 1 Carat Bezel Solitaire Round Diamond Necklace in Platinum for myself. I chose platinum because I am sensitive to all other metals and because its very strong. I didn't know the company before this purchase and was really impressed with the level of communication during the process of making the necklace, all the way up to shipping. When I finally received the item, it was stunning. The bezel setting makes the diamond appear bigger in my opinion, so it is very impressive. I also bought a set of diamond stud earrings and the combined packaging both items were sent in was really beautiful and premium. If you are hesitant, just do it!

My necklace arrived on time, progress was well communicated throughout the entire process and the end product was perfect! Great quality and beautiful diamonds! I have already referred someone to Lucenjuri for an engagement ring. With declining customer service everywhere - my experience with Lucenjuri was above and beyond!

I was sceptical of buying something so personal from a website, I was wrong to think that. The ring was easily as beautiful as the pictures on Lucenjuri website. The customer service was excellent throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Lucenjuri enough 10/10

Christine has been absolutely wonderful! She is so helpful with all my questions, very quick to respond, and always provides additional details for important things I didn't even think to ask. So grateful for all her help, it made such a difference!
