What are points?
Points awarded under Lucenjuri Rewards are a form of virtual currency that you can earn as you shop and interact with us. Every 20 points earned is equivalent to $1 in savings.
How can I earn points?

Where can I check my point balance?
Simply sign in to your account and click the ‘Rewards’ button located at the bottom left corner of your screen. Your current balance and available rewards will be displayed right there.
How long will it take for points to be added to my account after purchase?
Points are usually added to your account as soon as your order is processed. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for the balance to refresh. If you don't see your points after 48 hours, please reach out to our support team.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Once you have enough points for a discount, log into your account and open the 'Rewards' panel (bottom left corner). Select the reward you wish to use and click "Redeem." You will be provided with a unique discount code to apply at checkout.
What can I redeem my points for?

Will I get points for my birthday in case my birthday falls within 30 days of becoming a member?
To ensure the integrity of the program, we have a 30-day "blackout" period. If your birthday falls within 30 days of your registration, you will not receive points for the current year. However, you will be fully eligible for your Birthday Reward every year thereafter!
Do my points expire?
Yes. All points expire one year from the date that it is added to your account. Be sure to use your reward points by the time it expires. We will send you reminders along the way so you can use them on something sparkling before they go!
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If an item is returned, the points earned from that specific purchase will be deducted from your account balance. If you are only returning part of an order, you will keep the points for the items you choose to stay with you.
